- Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Durham, North Carolina through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses to provide a six month IDIQ contract for ablation probes. Below are the items needed and the estimated usage for a six (6) month period: PR15 Precision PR Ablation Probe 260 EA 15 cm 17* gauge CO2 cooled 3 thermocouples PR20 Precision PR Ablation Probe 12 EA 20 cm 17* gauge CO2 cooled 3 thermocouples PR15XT Precision PR XT Ablation Probe 24 EA 15 cm 15 gauge CO2 cooled 3 thermocouples PR20XT Precision PR XT Ablation Probe 12 EA 20 cm 15 gauge CO2 cooled 3 thermocouples The vendor must be able to provide brand name or equal to the Neuwave Certus Precision Probes listed above. All items must be compatible with the Neuwave Certus 140, 2.45GHz Microwave Ablation System without the need for adaptors or third party connectors. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor for their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
