Solicitation Announcement for Optical Coherence Tomography machine for Lake Charles CBOC The Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA 71101 intends to issue a Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for purchase and installation of a Optical Coherence Tomography machine for the new Lake Charles CBOC. The Specifications/Salient Characteristics are below. Brand Name or Equal - Part numbers/model numbers are provided for system components for illustrative and placeholder purposes. They usually reflect the items which are in the current supply or in-use equipment inventories. Equal items can be quoted if sufficient information for comparison is provided with the quote. The technically acceptable quote with the lowest price will obtain the award. Vendors are invited to submit quotes IAW the attached RFQ to Paul Filhiol via email at paul.filhiol@va.gov by noon (CST) on 18 April 2017.
