The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the following pharmaceutical item, SDVOSB 100% set aside listed below for delivery to the Tucson, AZ CMOP. The request is for Estradiol 0.025MG to fill for high demand: Description Quantity ESTRADIOL 0.025MG/DAY (EQV-VIVELLE-DOT) 462 The Product Code is 6505, Drugs and Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ to Karen.Griffin4@va.gov. (Preferred contact method). Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0344 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around 8 June 2017, and will close no later 3:00 PM CST on 9 June 2017. ***These dates are subject to change.
