52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. 52.203-99 Prohibition on Contracting clause 52.203-98 Prohibition on Contracting provision This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Submit offers on RFQ-RML-C-1852019. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-94and95_1-19-17 as of (06-07-17). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This is not a total small business set aside. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Rocky Mountain Laboratories, is seeking to purchase Hepa filters. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following: Brand name or equal product to Pall Corportaion Vent Filter catalog # AB1PFR7PVH4 Quantity of 1 each Brand name or equal product to Pall Corporation Gaskleen 3/8" catalog # GLFPF6101SM6S Quantity of 1 each Brand name or equal product to Pall Corporation Gaskleen 1/4" catalog # GLFPF6101SM4S Quantity of 1 each The filters quoted must be guaranteed to have exactly the same fit and installation method and offer the exact same type of filtration, performing at the same level and utilizing the same filtration method as the brand name (Pall) product specified. Any sealant or other supplies needed for installation must be quoted. Shipping cost must be quoted. Estimated delivery date must be included in the quote. The following HHSAR clause applies to this acquisition: 352.222-70 Contractor Cooperation in Equal Employment Opportunity Investigations. (December 18, 2015) By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation (www.sam.gov). Copies of the above-referenced provisions and clauses are available from http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm or, upon request, either by telephone or fax. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name or equal filters and housing components as defined herein. The government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process all quotes should include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The Terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion or addition." OR "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" (Quoter shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s).)
