- N0016417Q0048 - COMPUTER NUMERIC CONTROL MILLING MACHINE - FSG 34 - NAICS 333517 Anticipated Issue Date 08 JUN 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date 11 JUL 2017 - 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit and negotiate a contract as full and open competition in accordance with FAR 13.5 for the supplies listed as follows: CLIN 0001: Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Milling Machine (Quantity 1) CLIN 0002: CNC Milling Machine Starter Kit CLIN 0003: Installation (Installation will require the movement of two other existing machines) CLIN 0004: CNC Milling Machine Training CLIN 0005: CNC Milling Machine Tooling Accessories (Option with 12 month pricing) It is anticipated that salient characteristics will be provided with the solicitation as brand name or equal to the Hurco VMX42i. It is anticipated the offerors will have an opportunity to complete a site visit prior to submitting a quote to facilitate the pricing of CLIN 0003, Installation. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. The anticipated award date is anticipated to be 4 August 2017 with an anticipated delivery of 90 days after contract award. The anticipated award is in the amount of $204,000. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Acts. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. The Contractor must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at www.sam.gov.
