- Updated Camera Positions Building 1938, 7 June 17 Responses to Questions 7 June 17 SOW- Camera System Upgrade 7 June 17 *REFER TO AMMENDMENT 3 FOR MOST CURRENT INFORMATION* I. Summary Contractor shall perform work necessary to supply and install parts for a surveillance camera system installation in and around buildings, 1926, 1927, 1930, and 1938 at the 729th Air Control Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. For buildings 1926, 1927, and 1930, the security system shall be exterior installations only. Fiber lines are available between buildings 1926, 1930, and 1938. All fiber leads back to building 1938. We have been asked to use tap 12, or 11 depending if one or the other works correctly. (a) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required to accomplish all work related to installing equipment to manufacturer specifications. (b) Contractor shall provide all necessary training to be able to utilize the camera system efficiently. II. Project Description (a) Contractor shall provide and install: (i) One (1) each 5 Terabyte Hard Disk Drive Servers (ii) One (1) each 16 Terabyte Network Attached Storage Server (iii) One (2) each 24-Port Switch w/ mount (iv) One (1) each 8-Port Switch w/ mount (v) Thirty-four (34) each Single Internet Protocol (IP) camera Licenses (vi) Twenty-four (24) each 3 Megapixel (MP) 4 MM IP66 Indoor/Outdoor Bullet Network Day/Night Cameras (vii) Ten (10) each 3 Megapixel (MP) 2.8 MM IP66 Indoor/Outdoor Network Mini Dome Day/Night Cameras (viii) Four (4) 32" Monitor and Flat Wall Mounts (ix) Four (1) each Enclosed Server Racks (x) Wires, Power Connections/Switches, Extenders, Conduit, and all miscellaneous parts, etc. required to install and make operational the security camera system. (b) Install One (1) 5 Terabyte Hard Disk Drive Server, One (1) 16 Terabyte Network Attached Storage Server, Four (4) 32" Monitor and Flat Wall Mounts in the security office located in Room 156 of building 1938. Install Ten (10) infrared PTZ interior cameras and Eight (8) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras for building 1938. Two (2) infrared PTZ interior cameras will need to be moved from the points of the current in place system to allow for better viewing angles of the hallways and entrance (see "Updated Position Map_1938" & comments in PDF). Two (2) of the infrared night time visibility exterior weather resistant cameras should be placed to view the gate entry points of the compound (see "Updated Position Map_1938" & comments in PDF). (c) Install Twelve (12) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras on building 1926 with remote visibility from building 1938. One (1) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras will face building 1927 to allow well enough viewing angles and zoom to see the South entrance and bay of the building and the vindicator portal entry. One (1) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras will face the South compound vehicle and vindicator gate. The remaining Ten (10) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras will be installed to at the best possible locations to view the vehicle and K-Span parking areas surrounding building 1926. (d) Install Four (4) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras on the exterior of building 1930 with remote visibility from building 1938. One (1) of the infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras will face building 1927 to allow well enough viewing angles and zoom to see the North entrance and bay of the building and the vindicator portal entry. The remaining Three (3) infrared PTZ exterior weather resistant cameras will be for door entrances on building 1930. (e) All installed cameras shall be able to be utilized by TV Monitoring at the main system hub located in building 1938 "Communication Focal Point." The system will be able to zoom and move cameras by authorized members. We would like for there to be clear visibility (not granular) on live and playback video recording.
