Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16 Division II Supply Team Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR Subpart 13.5 for Purchase of 3ea Zeiss IOL Master 700 Intraocular Lens Implantation Systems to be used in the Eye Clinics at the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339115 Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. THIS IS A BRAND NAME PROCUREMENT We are seeking only Zeiss IOL Master 700 Brand items. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached. The technically acceptable quote with the lowest price will obtain the award. This RFQ closes on 26 June 2017 at Noon Central Time. Quotes may be submitted via email to paul.filhiol@va.gov.
