This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is requesting quotes from any authorized vendor who can provide Aurora-4 LED Surgical Lights and light with portable stand manufactured by Skytron (Please reference P03 Brand Name Justification-Redacted).
