**This notice is a re-advertisement for cancelled IFB solicitation HSCGG1-17-B-PRV149 The intent of this project is to repair marine diesel and gasoline systems at two separate sites CG STA Point Allerton (Hull, MA) and CG STA Castle Hill (Newport, RI). Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal and optional dewatering if necessary, to complete work consisting of repairs to diesel and gasoline systems at STA PT Allerton (Hull MA) and STA Castle Hill (Newport RI). In Hull, MA (CG STA Point Allerton) replace 1100 ft of marine diesel and gasoline fuel piping connecting a shore side Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) to three dispensers located at the end of a 550 ft pier. Replace two of the three dispensers and replace electrical and leak detection equipment. Perform civil site work in support of the new system. In Newport, RI (CG STA Castle Hill) replace 400 ft of marine diesel and gasoline fuel piping connecting a shore side AST to a two-product dispenser on an adjacent pier. To prevent interference with the high operational tempo "SAR season", existing fueling systems should not be disconnected until after November 14th. Additionally, project will require close coordination with Sector Logistics offices to secure alternative fueling locations for station boats. Neither station is well situated to allow for temporary fueling equipment on site. The anticipated construction time is 150 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the completion of both sites. The estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
