Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price, Time-and-Materials, Labor Hour Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base and four option years for professional services described below. Award will be made to a single source. This procurement is being set aside for small business concerns; the government will not accept quotes from large business concerns. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The applicable size standard is $15 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is F999 - Other Environmental Services, Studies, and Analytical Support. Solicitation R17PS00449 will be posted on www.fbo.gov on or about June 26, 2017. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is July 14, 2017. The solicitation and applicable documents must be downloaded at the above site. No paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective offerors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management database to be eligible for award. Firms can register at http://www.sam.gov. The work required is expected to include terrestrial and aquatic biological surveys, exclusion, relocation, worker awareness training, and pre-construction surveys.
