Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Trophon Printer and Cart_for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12. 6, 13.3 and 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number PR10977317_ is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement Publication (DPN) 20170113_. This acquisition is issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis under NAICS code 334510 and size standard is 500. The Government anticipates awarding a single award issued as Firm Fixed Price Contract_. The requirement of this solicitation is to provide, Instruments & Supplies at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA 30905. Delivery starts no later than 30 days after award.
