Description

SOW Notice of Intent to Sole Source Fiber Internet Access Services This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source contract for the services of Transbeam, Inc., on behalf of the Department of State, Bureau of Public Affairs, Foreign Press Center at the United Nations. The estimated period of performance is twelve (12) months. This contract will be under NAICS code 517110 to Transbeam, Inc., 8 W 38th Street, New York, NY 10018. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Transbeam is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Transbeam currently has a security clearance to operate at the United Nations building, which is required. This service will be provided in New York, NY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
