Description
Draft SOW The Peace Corps is seeking to identify possible sources for Services for secure document destruction in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) This is a Sources Sought Notice/ Request for Information (RFI). This is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any materials or services as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The information obtained may assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Peace Corps may utilize the responses to this RFI to conduct additional market research, Some of the key industry information we are seeking includes: 1) Please let us know if you can meet all the requirements described in the draft Statement of work. If not please indicate which requirements cannot be met. 2) Are the requirements clearly stated in our Draft SOW? Please provide us feedback on how to best communicate our requirement to industry. 3) Are you currently providing these services to other US Government Agency? Which agencies? 4) Is your pricing structure per form processed or is it a package of services? Please provide us an idea of the elements that constitute your pricing structure? 5) We anticipate a change in location from current building to another location in the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Area, to occur during the period of performance. Please describe the impact of such a change on the level of service and/or cost. 6) Please describe your recommended pickup process and any potential impact to cost. The current location is a secure building that requires badging for entry. If badges are not available, please describe your recommended process and any impacts to cost. 7) Please describe if you offer service for magnetic media (such as CDs or DVDs) and if this service is included as part of your services or requires additional cost. 8) If services are to be provided offsite, please describe whether agency staff would be able to perform site visits. Please describe any other documentation provided on completion of document destruction. 9) Please describe the size of containers available, and if they are lockable, whether agency POC will have access to the keys. Also, describe the lead time required to schedule pickups or requests for additional bins. 10) Please provide us your: a. DUNS b. Business size c. Socioeconomically classification d. NAICS e. Any strategic sourcing vehicle in which you have this system available
