- Statement of Work Medication Workstation Phoenix VA Health Care System 650 East Indian School Road Phoenix, AZ 85012 644-17-3-256-0084 Introduction The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PHOVAMCS) is soliciting bids for new keyless medication workstation consisting of wood and laminate. The items are needed for specific nursing functions for Patient Care Services. CYGNUS was used as an example. Selected product must meet or exceed said example. Project overview consists of: The medication workstation are specific for medication storage for various locations on 2 C. Vendor to procure the required 20 medication workstations and deliver to the Phoenix VA. Product Specifications 20 each - Medication workstation will consist of Custom Wood and 3D laminate with metal frame. Size to be 18"w x 26"h x 6"d and with an arch top. Laminate to be Hardrock Maple with flat (no inset profile) with routed edges. Pull down, close with assistance. Mechanical push button lock with a chrome cam keyed lock override. Large matte chrome pulls. 2 Fixed shelves for Pharmacy Envelope. Interior to be black laminate. 6500.6/Appendix A/Item 6 The Certification and Accreditation requirements do not apply and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. 6500.6/Appendix A/Item 7 The device/service will not be storing/collecting any data released outside the VA. There is no sensitive information to protect outside of the VAMC. NON SPICIFIC FURNITURE SPECIFICATIONS Miscellaneous Furniture Information Required Cabinets must have must have warranty noted Order/Install Requirements Furniture order and shipped needs to be coordinated with VA interior designer Product to arrive 45 days or sooner upon award of contract. Vendor Obligations Bid quote-to include itemized price list and lead times. Warranty information Fire ratings on all products.
