QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Mid-Volume Printing Systems RFQ-2017-030 June 9, 2017 Question 1:Please clarify what is meant by 'Automatic Exposure Control' (Print Engine #4). Answer 1:Our customers walk up to use these copiers on the fly. The Automatic Exposure Control would help automate and clean up any washed out images when scanning documents. Question 2:Since you are encouraging vendors to provide faster models, will the US Senate base the award on best value versus lowest price technically accessible? Answer 2:We are looking for faster models that have the high print quality and best pricing available on the market.
