CLIN 0003 is added as follows: ITEM NO QUANTITY UNIT 0003 1 Each ACCOUNTING FOR CONTRACT SERVICES REPORT FFP In accordance with the paragraph entitled "Accounting for Contract Services," the Accounting for Contract Services Report FY17.In accordance with the paragraph "Accounting for Contract Services", the Contractor shall provide an annual report to account for labor hours related to statue installation conducted on or before 30 September 2017. This report is due upon completion of services, but no later than 31 October 2017. Refer to website http://www.ecrma.mil/.
