Description

The 97th Contracting Flight hereby issues the following solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE. Solicitation number FA4419-17-Q-0029 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 200595. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 238290 with a size standard of $15.0M. Please ensure that the vendor's SAM information is up to date, active, and reflects the business size under NAICS CODE 238290. Your SAM information has to be correct to be eligible for award. When submitting quotes for this award please provide your TIN (tax identification number). Please see attached solicitation package for complete details. Door Measurements are as follows: Ten (10) Doors measure 14 ft x 14 ft. One (1) Door measures 14 ft x 18 ft.
