- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest to lease the following space: State: MO City: St. Louis Delineated Area: City Limits of St. Louis Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,250 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 18 Months Option Term: None Additional Requirements: The Government has a need for an unclassified, open, collaborative cloud development space for 20 hoteling stations with high-speed internet connections at each station (greater than or equal to 100Mbps, wired and wireless). Additionally, the location should be in close proximity to innovative research and start-up activities in the City of St. Louis. The location should be fully furnished and include: -moveable tables -standard office furniture (i.e rolling office chairs) -whiteboards -Physical document storage -access to conference rooms with modern display capabilities -Multifunction Printer/Scanner(s) with wireless connectivity/email sending accessible via a network (or convenient access to) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
