Description
BOA: N00383-15-G-002P NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is issuing the annual synopsis for the subject BOA with GE Inspection Technologies (052B7), Skaneteles, NY for the repair of various items. The repair BOA is for five base years. The BOA includes the repair of the following parts: NSN: 7R-4920-01-607-6892 P/N: 815430-W30 NSN: 7R-6650-01-607-6891 P/N: 815430-320 NSN: 7R-6650-01-607-6886 P/N: 815430-20 The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with GE. GE is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for providing repair support of the above ARC repair parts. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 333314. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
