Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the San Antonio, TX area. The location where services are to be provided will need to be within the perimeter of Loop I-410 to utilize the San Antonio public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on November 01, 2017 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on October 31, 2022. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. The following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: 11/01/2017-10/31/2018 Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 50 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 50 inmates = 50 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 50 inmates = 50 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 50 inmates = 2,400 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 50 inmates = 3,600 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 240 units Estimated Number of Mental
