Description

J&A The Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source Contract Modification under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures with Tehama County Opportunity Center Inc, 1040 WASHINGTON ST RED BLUFF CA 96080-2747 for Custodial Services under 10 U.S.C.2304(C)(1), only one,or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(Note 22). The proposed contract action is for adding additional funds to their night shift cleaning services for which the Government Intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
