- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance under the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/DCHA/OFDA), intends to enter into a follow-on Personal Services Contract (PSC) without competition for a period of one year with the incumbent contractor for the same position of Humanitarian Assistance Advisor to the Military. An award for the continued provision of highly specialized services when awarded to another resource would result unacceptable delays. Continuing performance of the proposed PSC is critical to the mission of USAID and is in the best interest of the United States Government. This notice is published in accordance with FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. A Justification and Approval (J&A) pursuant to FAR 6.305 will be publicized upon the contract award.
