Description
PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR HEARING BOOTHS The Mississippi Army National Guard Medical Command has a requirement for calibration and repair of hearing booths This is being conducted under the simplified acquisition procedures. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS code 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 employees, the PSC code of J066. PWS is attached. All request for information shall be emailed to the contracting specialist listed in this solicitation, brian.p.fortune.mil@mail.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-14-T-0001 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68. This acquisition is set aside for small business. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed price contract. Award can only be made to those offerors that hold an active registration through the System for Award Management (SAMs). For those that are not registered, you may log onto the internet at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due no later than 11 a.m. CST, 19 June 2017.
