Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Petroleum Equipment Inc. for services to upgrade Gasboy fuel monitoring system at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. Upgrade of system includes but is not limited to: Furnish OPW Phoenix SQL Lite software with factory-direct telephone training. Annual Software Maintenance Agreement Furnish and install Pneumercator TMS2000W wireless tank monitoring system for existing E-85 tank. System will include inventory probe and Ethernet card. Furnish and install Ethernet cards for (2) existing Pneumercator TMS 3000 consoles. Furnish and install Ethernet cards for (5) existing Veeder Root TLS-300 series consoles This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by NOON Central June 20, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Susan Pasholk at susan.pasholk@va.gov or mail to VAMC GLAC, 115 South 84th Street Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Petroleum Equipment Inc.
