Description
The United States Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA or Senate) is seeking a highly qualified Contractor to provide consulting services for the independent verification and validation (IV and V) of the U.S. Senate's voicemail system. REQUIREMENTS The attached solicitation "RFP 2017-R-038 Telecom IV and V" (Solicitation) contains the complete description of the requirements, specifications, the terms and conditions under which the Contractor shall perform. QUESTIONS Questions about the Solicitation shall be submitted no later than Noon EDT on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, via email to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov, to the attention of Cora Carag. Offerors shall enter "QUESTIONS - RFP 2017-R-038 Telecom IV and V" in the subject line of the email message. Each question shall reference the section of the Solicitation asked about. The answers to all written questions will be posted as an amendment to this Notice within seven (7) business days from receipt of the questions. It is the responsibility of all offerors to monitor this site for the posting of the SAA's answers to the questions posed. The SAA will not respond to questions submitted after the posted deadline nor to any telephone or other forms of requests for information. Oral communications are not acceptable with regard to this Notice. See § L.3 Questions of the Solicitation. DATE AND TIME OF CLOSING The complete proposal must be received by Monday, July 17, 2017, at the Office of the Sergeant at Arms via email as.pdf attachment to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov, to the attention of Cora Carag. Offerors shall enter "RFP 2017-R-038 Telecom IV and V" in the subject line of the email message. See § L.4 Date and Time of Closing of the Solicitation. AWARD INFORMATION: The SAA anticipates making a contract award in August 2017. The SAA currently does not anticipate any amendments to the Solicitation. However, prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of any Solicitation amendments. The Senate or the SAA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Offeror in the preparation of responses to this Solicitation. Access by the Senate to the submitted proposal and any files attached to the proposal is the responsibility of the submitting party. The Senate is not responsible for any failure to access Offeror submitted information. ANY OTHER REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BY TELEPHONE OR ANY OTHER FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE INFORMATION AND IS THE ONLY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SAA OR SENATE.
