This solicitation issue notice announcement for this requirement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in INDIA, SRI LANKA, MYANMAR (BURMA), BANGLADESH, and MALDIVES as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3).*** Solicitation N6264917R0279 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is now available. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) intends to award of several Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in accordance with FAR Part 15 procedures, to obtain non-personal, Husbanding Services for United States Ships (USS) and United Stated Naval Ships (USNS), to include the Military Sealift Command and United States Coast Guard visiting ALL commercial and military ports located in Region 1 of the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations (AO), which consists of the FOLLOWING countries: Country: INDIA, PORTS AS FOLLOWS: CHENNAI GOA MUMBAI PORT BLAIR ALL OTHER PORTS Country: SRI LANKA, PORTS AS FOLLOWS: COLUMBO ALL OTHER PORTS Country: BANGLADESH, PORTS AS FOLLOWS: ALL PORTS Country: MALDIVES, PORTS AS FOLLOWS: ALL PORTS Country: MYANMAR (BURMA), PORTS AS FOLLOWS: ALL PORTS It is anticipated that Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price contracts (FFP IDIQ MAC) will be issued with an ordering/performance period of 18 months. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for these requirements is 561990 with a Size Standard of $11 million. The corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R706. Potential offerors are hereby notified that this solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) at website: https://www.fbo.gov/.
