- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE NAICS CODE- 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office is conducting market research for the Hungry Horse Lower Road Improvements ¿ Hungry Horse Dam project at Hungry Horse, Montana. This project consists of chip seal and crack seal of roads, turnouts, and parking areas. Remove existing and install new base course and asphalt in parking area and access road, and placement guardrail reflectors. Work is located approximately 20 miles northeast of Kalispell, and nine miles southeast of Columbia Falls, Montana, in Flathead County. The anticipated period of performance for the work will be weather dependent and take place either in the late fall of 2017 or the late spring of 2018. The principal components of work would include: Excavation, 365 yd3 Backfill, 16 yd3 Compacting Backfill, 16 yd3 Excavate Asphalt Surface, 104 yd3 Saw cutting Asphalt, 488 Lf Crack Sealing, 4000 Lf Chip Seal, Asphalt Pavement, 343 Ton Traffic Lines, Markings, Symbols, and Legends, The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for Hungry Horse Lower Road Improvements ¿ Hungry Horse Dam. Interested offerors are invited to submit the following information: Business Name and DUNS number Statement of interest as a prime and/or subcontractor Construction bonding level, aggregate and per contract Point of contact information Size status and/or SBA certification program for NAICS 237310 Firm ¿s capability to successfully manage complex requirements Recent projects similar in size and scope The NAICS code used to determine sized standard will be 237310 which has a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Sources are being sought from all business sizes at this time. This market research is for informational purposes only.
