- GPS Positioning Enhancement Service Subscription to support a sub-meter, stable positioning service (8 subscriptions) for use in hydrographic surveying and dredging operations anywhere on the Mississippi River and its tributaries, and one positioning service (1 subscription) that provides <4cm horizontal accurate positioning, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Rock Island County, Illinois. The solicitation will be a request for quote and issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code 334511 will apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government: price only. The date and time for receipt of quotes is by June 20, 2017 at 2 PM CT. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps (FBO) website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (Services). All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
