- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell, Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, intends to issue a sole-source contract to US BioServices Corporation for Cultured Chondrocytes MACI for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, Texas. The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 19 June 2017 to 30 September 2017. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 339113 is 750 employees. The contract number is W81K00-17-P-0485. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Fort Carson Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to make a sole source award to US BioServices Corporation, 3200 Internet Blvd., Frisco, TX, 75034.
