- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform as defined in thePerformance Work Statement (PWS) of the subject solicitation. Included in this scope of work are eight (8) facilities with 21 upward acting fabric doors. The Government is requesting service and maintenance on all upward acting doors and associated repairs, as required. Preventative maintenance is required semi-annually to ensure the doors (and associated equipment) remain in operational order. The period of performance shall be for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This is a best value, NOT PRICE ONLY, basis for award. Find specific information for package preparation in clause section FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation for Award. Site Visit: Location: 175 Falcon Dr, Westfield, MA 01071 - Bldg 54 Time: 1330 hrs - EST Contractors will meet at the Contracting Office. Complete an EAL in advance of all attending personnel. The EAL should be submitted via email to lori.a.treves.mil@mail.mil at least 24hrs in advance so that I can communicate any discrepancies prior to arrival at the gate. Discrepancies would result in member not able to enter the base. (See attached EAL Form).
