- Attachment C - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment B - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Attachment A - 75D-07.0-04 EHS Contractor Requirements Statement of Work BEP-RFQ-2031ZA17Q00040 X-Ray Machine Requirement The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for a new X-Ray Machine. A site visit will be held at the BEP Eastern Currency Facility in Washington, D.C. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend. Attached is the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT ( APR 1984) Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of provision) Due to the nature and space restriction of this requirement, offerors are encouraged to attend the site visit. The purpose of the site visit is for interested offerors to familiarize themselves with the tasks at hand and verify all measurements. The site visit will be conducted for all interested vendors at 10:30 AM EST on Monday, 26 June 2017. Interested vendors who are confirmed for the visit shall meet at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Washington, DC Currency Facility located at 14th & C Street, S.W. Washington, DC 20228 entrance no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the visit. This entrance is located across the street from the BEP Tour Entrance which is located next to the Holocaust Museum. Parking will NOT be provided for this site visit. All interested vendors attending the site visit will need to forward your name and company information to Milagros.Cortes@bep.gov no later than 12:00 pm EST Thursday, 22 June 2017.
