- The Contractor shall provide all necessary facilities, equipment, personnel, materials, supplies, and services ” and shall secure and maintain all necessary permits and licenses ” in order to perform the services and prepare the deliverables as required by this Performance Work Statement (PWS) including, but not limited to: taking title to and disposing of the wastes and waste residuals delivered to the Contractor by DOE (which includes the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Laboratories, and Project Offices) or authorized DOE contractors or subcontractors performing environmental cleanup services).
