- DRFP Document DRFP Cover Letter DOE requests review and comment from all interested parties of the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) No. DE-SOL-0010429 pertaining to the Low-Level Waste/Mixed Low-Level Waste (LLW/MLLW) Disposal Services procurement. The Draft RFP is being issued for informational purposes to assist the Department of Energy (DOE) in developing a Final RFP for this procurement. DOE IS NOT REQUESTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME. Interested parties shall not submit proposals in response to this Draft RFP. This announcement neither constitutes a request for proposal or invitation for bid. This announcement should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any proposals received in response to this Draft RFP will be discarded without review. The LLW/MLLW Disposal Services procurement will be conducted on a full-and-open basis, without set-asides for small businesses. There will not be any site visits or a pre-proposal conference.
