Description

The HubZone Set-Aside, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000057942 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). ONLY OFFERS FROM A HUBZONE will be considered; however, offers from FPI will be considered in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4) and FAR 19.504. EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." NAICS 334419 NSN: 6150-01-310-1829, CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER; Critical Item; Export Control Required delivery is 115 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 515 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a two-year base with 1 option for a 3-year performance period. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https//dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 30 Jun 2017. Electronic (DIBBS) Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with FAR 15.208 and notify/cc the Acquisition Specialist. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil).
