Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (NCO) 19 15 June 2017 RE: RFQVA259-17-Q-0676, Video Teleconference (VTC) Equipment SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT Dear Vendor: The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 19 is seeking potential vendors from the SDVOSB and VOSB Socioeconomic categories to fulfill this requirement. The purpose of this posting is to gain market information from responsible SDVOSB and VOSB concerns about whether or not they can fulfill this requirement and hear comments and feedback about the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). All potential SDVOSB and VOSB vendors wanting to do business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. CCR, FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS have migrated into SAM. If you have an active record in CCR, you have an active record in SAM. Failure to maintain current/active registration status may result in elimination from consideration. You may visit https://www.sam.gov/ to register or renew your registration. Vendors interested in fulfilling this requirement must include their Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number in their response to NCO 19. (a) Definition. For the Department of Veterans Affairs, Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern : (1) Means a small business concern: (i) Not less than 51 percent of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans or, in the case of any publicly owned business, not less than 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more service-disabled veterans (or eligible surviving spouses); (ii) The management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans (or eligible surviving spouses) or, in the case of a service-disabled veteran with permanent and severe disability, the spouse or permanent caregiver of such veteran; (iii) The business meets Federal small business size standards for the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code identified in the solicitation document; and (iv) The business has been verified for ownership and control and is so listed in the Vendor Information Pages database, (http://www.VetBiz.gov). (b) Definition.
