- Title: Fire Alarm System and Egress Upgrade Montpelier, VT The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Acquisition Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the Fire Alarm System and Egress Upgrade Montpelier, VT. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Small Business Size standard is $15 MILLION. The contractor shall provide for any and all provisions to include but not limited to Fire Alarm System and Egress Upgrade located at Montpelier Federal Building, Post Office & Courthouse, and Montpelier, VT The solicitation will be released on or about June 29, 2017, with bids due date on or about July 29, 2017. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for on or about July 11, 2017 at 1:00PM. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 180 calendar days and the completion of work is anticipated to be about 02/28/2018. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via a direct link from FEDBIZOPPS. Bidders are responsible for printing the IFB and all related documents. It is also the bidder's responsibility to monitor this site for release of the IFB, and amendments and any related information.
