- This Procurement is a Request for Proposal for 28 each for a Ring, Retaining with JCP requirement. This item is fully competitive in accordance with: Basic Drawing NR 53711 7016077 Revision NR B DTD 07/07/1998 Part Piece Number: 845-7016077-X-015 The Solicitation will be 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and requires FOB Origin to DLA Distribution Depot Susquehanna. Requested delivery is 300 days. Technical data is available to permit for full and open competition. This is a firm fixed price solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Part 15. Full and open competition after exclusion of a sources applies in accordance with FAR 6.2. The quantity is 28 each. Evaluation Factors: Price and Past Performance, both having equal weights.
