- These specifications cover the design and testing of a modular gas-phase adsorber cell for use in once-through air cleaning systems where high efficiency removal of gaseous containments is a requirement. Adsorber cell frames have been listed below as well as a newer cell designed to meet the growing needs of our customers. The adsorber cell shall be in accordance with Institute of Environmental Sciences. Flow: 460 CFM 2. Residence time: 0.25s Filters must pass strict Army testing requirements before filters are approved for use of payment. Warranty is expected on these units in craftsmenship and material of construction. In order to be considered for supplying the above mentioned HEGA's the contractor must submit with their bid a single tested HEGA filter document from our testing group proving that they can construct said filters. The tested filter shall be submitted at the contractors cost to build and test said filter. Offerors that have already had their filters tested shall submit with their bid proof of testing by ECBC.
