- Attachment 4 Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 3 Certificate of Non-Disclosure Attachment 2 Sample Consent Letter Attachment 1 Specific Relevant Contracts Sheet DRAFT Solicitation This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Mission Installation Contracting Command MICC Mission Contracting Office - Fort Eustis (MICC-EU), VA anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Non-Personal Support Services for the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Combined Arms Center Combined Arms Center-Training Army Training Support Center Office of the TRADOC Capability Manager Army Training Information System (TCM ATIS) Army Training Information Architecture (ATIA) Contract in support of ATIS Fort Eustis, VA. The objective for this requirement is to provide Analysis, Reviews, Training and Tier 2 Technical Support of several training systems managed by TCM ATIS. These four services areas are documented in section 1.4 and 1.4.1 of the performance work statement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services and the standard size is $27.7M. The Product Service Code is D307 - Automated Information System Design and Integration Services. The requirement will be solicited as Small Business set-aside, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract for a base year and four option years. A draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued with this pre-solicitation notice. Please submit any industry comments not later than 21 June 2017. The Government will review comments received for possible inclusion in the final RFP. It is not the Government's intent to issue responses to questions/comments received regarding the draft RFP. MICC-Eustis anticipates issuing the RFP on/about 1 July 2017. The closing date for submission of proposals will be contained in the RFP. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Maintenance database to be eligible for award of a government contract, http://www.sam.gov/. The RFP will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested potential offerors are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible updates on the anticipated RFP. REMINDER: This is not a Request for Proposal: only a Pre-Solicitation Notice. A solicitation will be issued at a later date. All interested parties shall respond to that announcement once it is published.
