- MCM VESSEL, RFQ AMENDMENT # N4033917RF0160001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes to the Request for proposal (RFP). 1) The ship check date is rescheduled and held at Kingdom of Bahrain. 2) All the questions on the subject RFP must be submitted no later than 1000 hours on 22 June 2017. No questions will be entertained beyond 22 June 2017. 3) The due date for receipt of proposal remains unchanged, 1030 hrs. on 15 July 2017.
