- FAR Clauses OF 336 SF 18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-17-Q-PNN141. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333912. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this order and are applicable. E-stop button PLC controller Smart pad operator interface console w/ scrolling diagnostic text display Inlet filter maintenance indicator Automatic condensate system w/reservoir that includes a "full" indication and compressor shutdown feature Sound attenuating enclosure w/slam-action latches and lift off hinges Motor horsepower: 20 Electrical Requirements: 460/3/60 Other voltages available upon request Electrical classification: NEMA 4 Air purification: P5 Securus (150,000 cu ft before cartridge change out is required) Configuration: Maxi Vertices ASME5K-4/BANK 01/EA ASME5K cylinder assemblies include as many CYL-0009 as specified by model name. In addition, we will provide an ASME safety valve, cylinder valve and drain valve for each cylinder. Includes two heavy-duty, steel welded support racks that can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal configuration. CFS5.5-2S 01/EA Two position containment fill station equipped with inlet pressure gauge, adjustable regulator, regulated pressure gauge, fill control valve, and fill pressure gauges. Includes a dual function, top mount, four bank cascade panel. The dual function feature offers the ability to refill a storage bank, even with the bank valve closed, while filling SCBAs from another bank. It also includes an air direction valve allowing the operator to select fill from storage or fill from compressor. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated.
