Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to OLYMPUS AMERICA INC., 3500 CORPORATE PARKWAY, and CENTER VALLEY, PA 18034-0610 under FSS Contract V797P-2065D. The period of performance for contract award will be from September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2020. This requirement is to lease the following Olympus Scopes. A4674A A4770 A4772 OTV-S7H-1D-L08E WA03310A CV-170 TC-C1 LMD-2110MD/OL A4826 A4824 A4828 A4825 A4827 ST-H CYF-VH ENF-VH THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by July 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to joseph.cellino@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
