Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 13 July 2017. The solicitation will be issued on an Unrestricted Basis. However, preference will be given to Small Business Concerns. The base period of performance will be for 12 months commencing on 01 October 2017 through 30 September 2018 with two (2) one-year option periods. The FSC Code is 8430. The NAICS Code is 316210, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Belleville 330ST (Steel Toe) Brown Leather Flight Boots to the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Corpus Christi, TX in support of the student aviators at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. The Contractor shall provide approximately 2,255 Belleville 330ST Brown Leather Flight Boots per year in sizes ranging from 4R to 14W (full, half, regular, and wide sizes) to CNATRA for the base period of performance of one- year and two (2) one- year option periods listed in the contract. The Flight Boots must be Brand Name Only, Belleville. CNATRA will place orders for the flight boots as required with an expected delivery within 45 days of the delivery order being placed and notification sent to the vendor. The Government does not guarantee that full quantities shall be ordered. Ordering will be based on the type and number required by CNATRA. The Belleville 330ST Flight Boots shall be delivered to FLC Jacksonville DET Pensacola, 690 San Carlos Rd. Pensacola, FL 32508, unless otherwise requested. Deliveries shall be scheduled for receipt at Bldg. 3581, Code 41420 by a CNATRA designated representative. Receiving hours for this property shall be Monday through Friday 0700-1400 hours excluding federal holidays and weekends. The solicitation will be available on or about 13 July 2017 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS Website at: https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the description of supplies, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. The SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties Lists System (EPLS). ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
