Description

Marina Refuse Laughlin Map Government Furnished Property Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Combined Synopsis Solicitation The award shall be made under North American Industry Classification System code 562111 with a small business size standard of $38.5M. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The proposed period of performance is 1 Oct 17 - 30 Sep 18 with four one-year option periods; the total period of performance will not exceed 66 months. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Acquisition Circular 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 2017. All prospective offerors must be registered System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.sam.gov.
