- 6-15-17****Addition of Questions and Answers and Revised SF18.****** 6-16-17****Addition of Questions and Answers #2 ****** Unable to upload document. The Q&A #2 is below: Responses to Questions and Answers#2: 1. Beyond pages one and two of the RFQ and Section 508 documentation, are there any other forms we should submit? Should we include links to samples of our work, client references, etc.? A: The announcement states that the format of the quote submission is the offeror's discretion. You may submit your quote on the SF18, or in your preferred format, and may include as many pages, and any additional information your organization determines would permit the evaluator to determine technical acceptability to the statement of work. Please refer to the Statement of Work, contained in the SF18, for specific technical requirements. 2. Should expenses associated with traveling to the shooting locations be included in the price or are those reimbursed at cost during the project? Firm-A: The announcement states that the award will be a "Firm-Fixed Price purchase order", travel must be included in the Firm-Fixed price. 3. Do you wish to see a line item budget or just the combined total as represented on page two? A: The announcement states that "Your quote should include a breakdown of labor and materials and associated costs." 4. Since the timeline includes several months between the various milestones, will multiple invoices be accepted as milestones are reached? A: If proposing an invoicing schedule, the schedule must align with a deliverable. 5. How many actual video tape shooting days are you anticipating? I think there may be four to six days of shooting depending on how many people we have to interview and what their availability is. Once we have the interviews (which will likely last 1-2 hours each) we will capture b-roll if possible and that will take the rest of the day or another day depending on logistics. 6. Are they continual days or are they broken up over a longer span to time? They will be broken up into at least two or more trips. There probably isn't a way to get all subjects in the same place (or even close) at the same time. For instance one subject may reside down on the Oregon coast and the other may be located in the Puget Sound area or even up in Southeast Alaska. <<<*** END***>>>
