- SPREADSHEET OF LOCATIONS THAT WOULD BE SERVICED. SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR U.S. COAST GUARD DISTRICT NINE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH TOOL BEING USED TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SOURCES. 1 NAICS CODE: 562111 Solid Waste Collection 1.1 OVERVIEW OF WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT: • NAICS CODE: 562111 Solid Waste Collection • This is a Sources Sought Scope of Work to see if there are any vendors who can provide trash service for Coast Guard units located throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and New York. • 1.2 DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED: • Provide trash service for various locations with specified dumpster size and quantity provided on attached spreadsheet. • Provide recycling service for various locations with specified dumpster size and quantity provided on attached spreadsheet. • Provide residential trash/recycle service for various locations specified on attached spreadsheet. • Frequency of pick up will be noted on the attached spreadsheet for each location. 1.3 CURRENT SERVICE • Each unit currently has service from a trash provider in there location. The Coast Guard would like to see if one vendor could provide service for all units listed on attached spreadsheet (sub-contracting authorized). 1.4 TIME FRAME SPECIFICATIONS: • Base Year will run from 1 January 2018 through 31 December 2018 • Option Year 1 will run from 1 January 2019 through 31 December 2019. • Option Year 2 will run from 1 January 2020 through 31 December 2020 • Option Year 3 will run from 1 January 2021 through 31 December 2021 • Option Year 4 will run from 1 January 2022 through 31 December 2022 2.1 SITE VISIT: Site visit is not required. 3.1 WORK HOURS: The contractor shall perform all site work during the normal operation hours, 0700-1700 Mon-Fri except during federal holidays. Any deviations from normal working hours will be discussed with POC, and must be agreed upon by all parties involved. Agreed upon deviations of working hours must be in writing as an amendment to the approved, awarded contract. 3.2 Responses Should Include: • Company Name • DUNS Number • Point of Contact info • Size standard under the NAICS code (small or larger business).
