Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide a Base year and four option year Telephone Service for the Wagner, SD Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Sioux Falls VAMC located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Sioux Falls VAHCS is located at 2501 W 22nd St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57105. The Contractor agrees to furnish and the Government agrees to purchase Telecommunications utility service in accordance with the applicable tariff(s), rules, and regulations as approved by the applicable governing regulatory body. The Contractor shall provide the Government with one complete set of rates, terms, and conditions of service which are in effect as of the date of this contract and any subsequently approved rates. This is a sources sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 517110. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted to Federal Business Opportunity website (www.FBO.gov).
