The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential businesses to provide temporary personnel (2 each Occupational and 3 each Physical Therapists) on-site as needed at the VANCHCS Community Based Outpatient Clinics (see list of locations.) The applicable NAICS Code is 261340, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All businesses capable of providing this service are encouraged to reply, as responses will be used by the Government to make determinations about for the appropriate set-aside. No solicitation is currently available at this time. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement, a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time. Description of Services: Perform on-site Occupational and Physical Therapist services on an as as-needed basis for the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) medical facilities listed below. Initial Locations: Fairfield VA OPC, 103 Bodin Circle, Fairfield, CA 94535 Martinez VA OPC, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553 McClellan VA OPC, 5342 Dudley Boulevard, McClellan Park, CA 95652 Possible Locations: Chico VA OPC, 280 Cohasset Road, Chico, CA 95926 Fairfield VA OPC, 103 Bodin Circle, Fairfield, CA 94535 Martinez VA OPC, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553 McClellan VA OPC, 5342 Dudley Boulevard, McClellan Park, CA 95652 Mare Island VA OPC, 201 Walnut Avenue, Mare Island, CA 94592 Oakland VA OPC, 2221 Martin Luther King Way, Oakland, CA 94612 Redding VA OPC, 351 Hartnell Avenue, Redding, CA 96002 Sacramento VA Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Sacramento, CA 95655 Yreka VA OPC, 101 E.
