Description

RFQ - NM17-003 - USPO Carpeting Project - Cyclical Carpet Replacement & associated moves The Scope of Work (SOW) for this RFQ includes all labor, including supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits and incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance to facilitate carpet replacement, cove base replacement and movement of all associated furniture on the 1st floor (Quadrant C & D) of the PVD Courthouse, 333 Lomas Blvd. NW Suite 170, in Albuquerque, NM. **As an additional line item option, the agency is requesting pricing to remove existing VCT and replace with LVT Plank Flooring in Rooms C126 and D115. Specifics for demo, installation and product type can be found in the SOW & Table A** The area includes all occupied areas as noted on the floor layout. These areas contain offices, conference rooms, cubicle areas, hallways, work rooms, and training rooms. Please see the attached map for the area included in the SOW. Please Note: The responsibility of moving of the existing furniture and reinstallation is the responsibility of the contractor.
