Description

Spreadsheet for vendor to indicate unit price and total price of each CLIN. Request for Brand Name Services AV Refresh which has been redacted/ Instructions to Offerors and Basis for Award -AV Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912L2-17-T-0015 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89 effective 14 July 2016. This RFQ has been approved for full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 443142, Electronic Stores. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT See attached spreadsheet for a full list of required equipment. Standard warranties shall be included. Interested offerors shall use the attached spreadsheet to provide their pricing. Columns for "Unit Price" and "Total Price" can be found on the far right side of the spreadsheet. Although a single award is preferred, the Arizona National Guard purchasing and contracting office reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the best interest of the Government.
